[1 month] Soul Survivor was a short project with the theme "Mummy Freeze-Tag". My contribution to the project was this level titled "Affluence" which depicts a gold and obsidan palace.
[July-September 2007] Escape from Ithuria is a puzzle-platforming game intended for three players. Each character in the game has unique powers which he must use to help his allies succeed. My level, the "Clockwork Courtyard" includes three puzzles each with their own theme.
[January-March 2007] An exciting 2D wall-climbing platformer staring Halfdan, a viking out for revenge against the man who turned him into a cyborg. I was the main programmer for this project and developed most of the game systems including wall-jumping, charge attacks, shooting, and enemy/boss AI.
[January-July 2008] A single player action and shooting game built in the Source engine. This game utilizes a color switching mechanic that allows the player to switch his character between red and blue states. Depending on the state off the character, his interactions with the world and his enemies change. My role on this project was initial level whiteboxing and platform puzzle design. Additionally I programmed the the HUD system in its entirety using C++ as well as several item pickups. This game is based off of an original game pitch I presented to faculty and students at the beginning of the production cycle.
