Draw on Experience
Art Creation students prepare for careers as 2D and 3D specialists, character animators, texture artists, cinematics artists, art and animation leads, art directors, and beyond. Drawing skills underlie and amplify all these lessons in computer art and graphics.
This means drawing is a major part of our curriculum. The other side of drawing skill is observation skill. Being an excellent game artist means knowing how to keenly observe the world.
2D skills lead to 3D skills in character modeling, animation, environmental modeling, and texturing. Broad 3D skills lead to student selected areas of directed focus study.
